The morning of the delivery, FedEx tracking showed the TV was still in New Jersey! Usually you can't complain about an early delivery but, this 65" TV is heavy and unhandy to take up to my 2cnd floor unit! With my helper scheduled to help on the only delivery date supplied by FedEx, Friday, and the delivery driver, a woman, I had no choice but to get it to my place alone! Luckily the TV is working fine. Terrible communication from FedEx. No communication from "coolbeens." Great price for the TV

Wow, what a beautiful upgrade from our 2008 Panasonic Viera and at a great price. The TV shipped the same day and arrived New in the original packaging as described. It was packaged very well with extra padding around the corners, top and bottom.
